Industrial Saipa Heavy Dies Manufacturing was inaugurated by the President of the Republic in 1994 on a land with an area of 90,000 square meters and 35,000 square meters of infrastructure, creating employment for about 1,050 people. The company’s activities meet the needs of industries to design and manufacture car body stamping Dies, production of large stamping parts, design and manufacture of production lines, design and manufacture of special milling machines, design and manufacture of composite assemblies and mechanisms, as well as design and manufacture of control and assembly fixtures .

IHDM have 7 spotting presses and 4 try-out presses with a tonnage of 1300 tons.

In the field of providing engineering services, This unit has also many success in design and manufacturing of wind turbines gearbox and pumps, dryers, centrifuge oil pump, using reverse engineering and metrology services and diagnose the performance of the machine in production lines.

Benefiting from expert staff and precise milling and control machines, the responsibility for producing the checking fixtures, from G1 to G5 size, for all kind of body parts is assigned to this unit which has been able to satisfy the wishes of customers in the best way.

This unit is equipped by 3 Band Saw Machines, 2 digital foam cutting machines, And one cutting machine by element to build poly pattern model with maximum weight of 100 Kg . In the past years Poly pattern Modelling unit experienced making Poly pattern models for some moulding parts for some other sectors of industrial activity’s such as shells of wind turbines, structures of milling Machines, the shell of different kind of engine etc.

Our Gate laser cutting machine with the ability to move simultaneously on five axes allows us to cut every size of body panels. Also, the brand of our laser generator is Rofin , one of the most prestigious brand in the world in this field . This generator allows us to cut a great variety of alloys and steel. Depending on the type of the head selected , thicknesses up to 12 mm can be cut with great precision.
