how to use FTP :

With a web browser : 

1. Open your Web browser.
2. Type ftp://ftp.ihdms.com URL into the browser’s address bar.
3. Press “Enter” to visit the FTP server site.
4. Enter your username and password .

With FTP programs :

1. Download one of FTP programs and use it to connect to us FTP server .
2. For example you can download FileZilla from this link .
3. Then set FTP URL (ftp://ftp.ihdms.com) , username and password into the FileZilla and connect to FTP server .
