In the past years Poly pattern Modelling unit experienced making Poly pattern models for some moulding parts for some other sectors of industrial activity’s such as shells of wind turbines, structures of milling Machines, the shell of different kind of engine etc.

In this unit , benefitting from experimented designers and using specialized Software Solutions CATIA & AUTOFORM , we are able to design the stamping Dies for all parts of the vehicle body , including the skin, reinforcements and structure panels , high strength sheets (AHSS) according to the requirements of quality as well as designing Checking Fixtures.

Our Gate laser cutting machine with the ability to move simultaneously on five axes allows us to cut every size of body panels. Also, the brand of our laser generator is Rofin , one of the most prestigious brand in the world in this field . This generator allows us to cut a great variety of alloys and steel. Depending on the type of the head selected , thicknesses up to 12 mm can be cut with great precision.
